I genuinely hate that this location isn’t equipped to do better. There’s never enough staff and I have twice had to leave without receiving my order that I had already paid for in order to make it to work on time. I’d understand if I was showing up late, but I come inside to order with an extra 30 minutes just because of how long it takes. It’s not the employees’ fault though, it’s 100% on upper management. The employees are kind and are doing their best with what they are given.

I went today and there was no one in the drive thru but they would not let me choose what doughnuts I wanted because it was national doughnut day. Their reasoning we can not do that because we are giving out doughnuts. My doughnuts were not free…they were still normal price, and I could only get a prepackaged assortment. I was in a hurry so bought them anyway. They were not fresh and not what we would have chosen. I am guessing we paid full price for yesterday’s leftovers.

I went in tonight (12/15) around 7pm and there was a young black girl and an old white woman working. i ordered my normal drink of a latte with non fat milk and when my friend said my order they started hysterically laughing. I at first thought something had happened in the store causing them to laugh but soon realized they were laughing at me. we pulled around to the window and she repeated my order and couldn’t even get it out without laughing and proceeded to ask me if i was allergic because why would anyone order a latte with non fat milk. when i told her i liked it she made a disgusted face and her other coworker came up and started laughing as well. i don’t get what was so funny and what the big deal was but i laughed it off with them just saying that’s how i ordered it but anyone else could’ve gotten very upset about what they were doing. i have videos of them hysterically laughing at me. no ones drink should ever be made fun of.will not be returning. as someone who works in a drive thru and in a food industry i would NEVER do that to a customer. get better employees.

Went in to get my order and staff was more concerned with filling drive up orders. I had to wait until all cars were done before my order. Tip jar…why? I also miss the old Dunkin where the donuts were fresh. My donuts were stiff/stale and it was only 9 am. It is not worth the money to get donuts at Dunkin Donuts anymore..shame that I love the coffee. Big disappointment.

Amber that works here is absolutely FANTASTIC and truly has the best customer service! If she isn’t the general manager, somebody give that girl a promotion!! She totally understood when I was mildly disappointed that they didn’t have any croissants and ended up making my breakfast sandwich on an english muffin. She also gave me a free half dozen donuts to make up for it… even though the fact that they didn’t have croissants was of no fault of her own. Super sweet girl with a fantastic attitude!! I will definitely be back 🙂

Terrible place. I know it’s a fairly new place but the workers you have taking the orders really need to find another job. I go to Dunkin almost every day in the morning on the way to work. This Dunkin is awful I will never go there again.
