I love this place for more than their menu items. My daughter is autistic (high functioning) and they didn’t care when they hired her almost 2 years ago. Everyone is so good to her and includes me when communicating important issues regarding her job and schedule. She is thriving and loves her job. I will always be grateful to Dunkin for giving my daughter a chance.

I ordered 2 sweet black pepper bacon croissants and 2 hashbrowns. The girl at the window only rang up one of each. When I corrected her at the window after she handed me only one of each and let her know she could run my card again, she asked her co workers to make another of each. Her manager told her no and that I would have to go through the drive thru again. I understand mistakes happen and the speakers might not be great but the managers should really learn when to make an exception to a rule when it was their mistake. You are making customers pay for your mistakes by making them go back through the drive thru again and wait. The girl at the window was so sweet and apologetic though. If she wasnt so nice, I would have been much more upset.

I am only give 1 star because my breakfast sandwich was right. We wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru even though no one was at the window to pick an order. I feel sorry for the vehicles waiting in front of me. They had to have been there for almost an hour. My coffee was completely wrong but I had waited so long it was not even worth turning around to get it fixed. This is not the first time with these issues. I most definitely will NOT be going back to this location.

A coworker and I stopped by this morning for breakfast today (01/10/23) and the experience was pretty good. My coworker usually opts to go to a different well known establishment with high priced coffee but decided to try something different today. The employees were very nice and gave me a great recommendation for the Cold Brew Coffee with vanilla, sugar and cream. My coworker commented to me about the coffee and breakfast sandwich he ordered and stated that he thought this would give the “other place” a very good run for his money. We both agreed that we felt good about the cost and value of the products received. All the employees in the store seemed nice and competent when asked general questions about products.

They have a merging lane which everyone violates. I waited for 20 minutes to get to the window and some UA student cuts in on me and he served her. I was a faithful customer every morning at this location, but I will never come there again.

This location is super slow and doesn’t pay attention to customers. I was in here for 15 mins and no one spoke to me for the first 10. Only thing that was asked was what I was there for which was I had placed an order for pick up. I get coffee everyday and have never had a Dunkin experience from the location I usually go too . Employees at this location are rude

My favorite coffee place when my buck isn’t large enough for Starbucks. It is much cheaper than Starbucks and there are a lot more special flavors and drinks to choose from. They usually have different promotional flavors every month or two. They have food too like donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and cookies/brownies. My favorite is the iced caramel macchiato with sugar and extra caramel. My go to seasonal favorite is the caramel macchiato with sugar and pumpkin syrup. The service is usually pretty fast and the employees are friendly.
