Y’all Tess took wonderful care of me! I ordered through drive through and my coffee tasted a little wonky, I walked In and Tess took control! She found out why my coffee was different and took the time to make my coffee fresh and full of love this location will from now on be my favorite! And the employees were just as sweet and helped figure out why my coffee was wrong at first! What can I say besides great coffee and donuts. But one little problem. They have WiFi but it doesn’t exactly work. You can sign in on it but I cannot make a phone call or a text that Will actually send. Not sure what’s up with that but the food is good

The counter clerk was good. He informed us that they were out of lemon loaf. But the manager told him, “She can have a donut.” The lemon loaf is $3.49 and a single donut is $1+. Two donuts is appropriate. Yet, she kept interrupting the clerk about only giving a single donut. It is not the customer’s fault that you are out of the offered product.

I frequent this dunkin a lot and am normally pretty satisfied but the last few times I’ve gone, the Boston creme donuts have had such a small speck of creme in the middle. Today when we got two, they were both barely filled, and with the wrong filling. This is even more so disappointing because we ordered one Boston creme and one vanilla frosted and ended up with two, underwhelming Boston cremes. Im wondering if this is just a problem with this location or if all Dunkin’s are now doing this.

I spend quite a bit of money at this location, especially during pumpkin chai season, and I was tired of getting extremely full of ice coffees. I’m not paying for water I’m paying for the coffee. I began asking for light ice and was told “you don’t get anymore liquid with light ice” I thought there might be an appropriate ratio of ice to liquid for the drink in general. That is not the case. Light ice gets you the picture shown for almost a $5 coffee. When the cup is initially completely filled with ice I had literally 5 drinks through the straw and it was gone.
