This particular Dunkin is going downhill. I drop in a few times per month, and the attitude of the employees has changed. The young lady who was taking drive thru orders this morning was rude and unprofessional, so I just left and went somewhere else. Surprised at the downhill trajectory. Used to be a nice place.

I was really hoping for a good DD on this side of the mountain. It seems like they’re always out of what you want and the employees just use it as a hang out. There is a few good employees that make things correctly. But something as easy as a plane shot of espresso is difficult for others to comprehend. Also, I asked the girl if she had any munchkins left while at the speaker, she said yes so i let my 4 year old order her favorite munchkins. Then when i got to the second window she told us they didn’t have any in the store, so gave us two doughnuts. Really upset my daughter. How lazy can you be. Disgusting

As others stated there are some good employees but most of them think it’s a hangout and should not be working there. Drinks are hit and miss if they’ll be made correctly, mobile orders filled wrong, a lot of items are usually out, and multiple times drinks are not even served full.

I only gave them a two because the coffee was good and they paid me to eat some donuts. I ordered 1 doughnut and was charged for 2 and coffee . I called their attention to the mistake . I returned my change for the five I gave them so they could ring it up correctly. The person proceeded to give me change. I told them i had not paid for the doughnut and was told to take the bag and not worry about . To be honest they were running like a chicken with it s head cut off. They needed more help. The doughnuts tasted like they were old. I probably will not be back.

Last few times my husband or I have been here they’ve either messed the food/drink up, gave us the wrong order, or forgot to give us something in our order. They never give you napkins even when you get donuts. If you go anytime after 11 am the donuts are always hard as rocks. I honestly don’t understand what is so difficult about working fast food. The Dunkin off Bailey cove by kohl’s is much MUCH better and they’re way nicer.

I’ve been here a handful of times and they were okay but I came before 20 min before they were closed and they said they “weren’t selling anything because were about to close” well might as well have the hours adjusted if you aren’t going to sell anything during your “open hours” anyways. If it was five min to close I would’ve understood more but come on. Ended up going to Krispy Kreme
