This story may take the cake on all 1 star Dunkin Donut (Carl T Jones) Reviews. This morning at 8:25 en route to work I stop to get my medium hot coffee. I have been a frequent customer since this storefront opened its doors. I have seen the mixture of both lazy or energetic teens and then the WORST of them all, the burnt out service industry workers.

Long brown hair, young girl, has a snarky attitude. Where I normally go for Dunkins, has a mobile order line, plus drive thru line. We ordered drinks and a wrap on the app. No one is the drive thru, so I go straight to the window, she informs me that from here on out, we are to go to the speaker first. I explained that we put a mobile order in on the app and normally we just get in the mobile line, and pick up our order. Literally, no one was in drive thru, what was the big deal? Her attitude put a bad taste in my mouth, I won’t be back. Her goody two shoe attitude makes that location reek of hatefulness

This place is so ratchet. The staff is so rude, especially Shai. I have dealt with them the bulk of the time I have went and they are always rude. This most recent time – my drink was wrong and nasty. My sandwich was burned but also tasted soggy like it had been microwaved. I threw everything i bought away because it was not edible. I wish Starbucks was here instead.

I do not typically review chain locations or bother with fast food as it’s a “come at your own risk” proposition to start with. However, for a business that’s entire model is based around breakfast to serve the quality of food they do is astounding. The “hash browns” or tater tots seemed intentionally mashed together and were absolutely cold. The biscuit on the sandwich might have been weeks old. It was exceptionally “hard” and at the first bite completely crumbled. Every part of this food was substandard and not even worth eating. I’m sure that neither the management, staff, or franchise care….but this was one of the silliest and lazy efforts to serve food. “Lesson Learned”

It was so delicious of course! However, they are severely understaffed and overwhelmed. They forgot to make my drink and I had to go up and ask about it. It took awhile for someone to come to the counter and ask what I needed and then took awhile for them to find someone to make my drink. There were no napkins in the holder and the women’s restroom was out of toilet paper. Normally this would warrant a lower review but they are just overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. They were really doing their best. By all means visit this place! But don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.
