$3.30 for ice water that tastes just like it came out of a fresh water hose is just crazy to me. Starbucks uses triple filtered, reverse osmosis water that tastes amazing, and there’s is FREE! That pool water y’all gave me should’ve been free. Also the coffee sucks, & we won’t be back.

I am typically a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, however, this location I would not recommend to anyone! They are extremely inconsistent, and if you order an identical coffee drink three times in a row, each time it will be a completely different beverage. There is, however, a Starbucks located inside the target right behind them, and they make the drinks the same every time.

I’ve tried this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last time. Every time I go, there’s a problem with my order. Today I had a free expresso because there was a mistake with my last order. The caramel macchiato is delicious. The cold brew I ordered looks like tea instead of coffee. I asked for it to be remade and it looks the same. When you’re spending $5 a drink you should get what you ordered. And no way to try the holiday drinks they advertise ALL the time. Out of everything. Why advertise what you don’t have?

Me and my family visit Dunkin quite often and each time we’re greeted by one of the sweetest workers, Audra! She has been so generous towards me and my family. She is very well spoken and considerate. She treats other customers very nicely too! Because of Audra my experience at Dunkin is always great. 10/10 customer service.

Although I made a mistake with the app and ordering, the folks at this Dunkin’ Donuts were very efficient, helpful and accommodating. Thanks be to God, in Jesus’ Name. The one star not given is because of the app. The rewards-to-order does not work, and orders placed can not be deleted nor edited.
