Unfortunately I didn’t get to try Baskin Robbins, and I didn’t get any donuts or coffee since my go-to place is always Starbucks BUT I did get my personal favorite, the cream cheese bagel minis. They’re always amazing, warm, cream cheesey, and delicious! And today I also tried the tomato pesto grilled cheese, and it was good. It reminded me of pizza tbh but I’d probably get it again. I always go back for the stuffed bagel minis though!

So, I love dunkin. Haven’t made a huge fuss about it, but I think the employees need to double check the orders. This is the second time I’ve ordered donuts this week and one has been left out. And each time when I notice it’s already been an hour. Or so. This time in particular I got a coffee as well and asked for cold foam and did t get that either. PLEASE just double check the orders!

However they have opened a new one on Quintard Ave, and Kassie the young ladies name that attended us, has changed my mind! She knew exactly what was good and recommended the best thing on the menu for what I wanted. She was kind, patient, and her customer service was exceptional!

I absolutely love that Dunkin’ has opened on this side of town. It is so convenient for me to stop by in the mornings in my way to work. I have noticed there seems to be a little inconsistency with the drinks depending on the staff that is working but even with that I am truly satisfied with everything! The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable!

Lack of training on making beverages. Drinks are never consistent. They either put plenty of espresso in their iced lattes or basically give you a cup of milk. Filling a pitcher full of espresso and free pouring it into drinks is never a good idea.
