We went over to this Dunkin today as we always do. Very inconsistent service, food and drink. Today the iced caramel machiotto was good. But the bagel had little to no cream cheese. We were given a problem with the coupon we gave. When we asked for a recipt to confirm the coupon went through all of a sudden the machines don’t work. Mind you this place just got fully rerenovated. Store needs the old management back. These new hires are un qualified and oblivious.

The inconsistencies at this location are unbelievable. Today we were served milk instead of coffee. This is not what these drinks are supposed to look or taste like. This is why I hate going to this Dunkin’. You need to hire better staff, train them properly, and hold them to a higher standard.

first day of the opening and already terrible service. got judged, laughed and starred at before entering the building. extremely unprofessional behavior from employees .we were extremely excited to go to this location since it’s the FIRST day of its opening,however we were greeted with young, immature employees who are clearly not fit to run this establishment. When a member of our group gave simple orders, they gave her judgmental faces and gestures which implied they were bored after ONE simple day of work. Overflowing trash cans on its first day??? Let’s get it together. Workers seemed extremely annoyed with our coupons which we got earlier today at this exact store. A different customer also had her order messed up and was met with judgement as she asked for what she paid for. If this is the first day of its REOPENING.. maybe they should RECLOSE!!!!!!!

The server was extremely rude and very unprofessional. The person who supposedly was the “manager” never gave his name, assumed a reclined arrogant position and was very smug and hostile. The server made a statement that was slanderous and libelous. No apology was offered or given. I will never go to any Dunkin store again. In my opinion, don’t waste your money here unless you like mediocre coffee and food. I have already reported the incident to Dunkin Corporate, they advised this is an “independently owned store”. Not a good start…

This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They aren’t rude. At all. I’ve always had great CS. However, my order is literally never accurate. Ever. Last week ordered a coffee & a wrap. I got my coffee & the sandwich as a croissant. I am sitting in my car now waiting for the wrap…she just brought it to me & it’s a croissant again. I can’t.

How rude can you get! This morning was the last time I will go to Dunkin Donuts in Daphne, Al. The attitude started at the drive through order window and ended with an extremely rude situation at the pickup window once I realized my order was wrong. There was a really nice guy trying to get everything correct and a group of employees behind him adding to the problem The really disappointing thing is I really like the breakfast but with a side of attitude, I can only give this location a two star! I’m sure this is not Dunkin Donuts standards but I want be back to this location. Just thought someone should know
