My husband and I came here around 10 am, we were the only customers inside, and maybe 2 cars in their drive thru. The chairs were turned over on the tables, some chairs looked like they had fallen and just not picked up. So we could not sit down. The two girls up front continued their giggly conversation on their headset, at the register. And we were completely ignored. After a few minutes she took my order. All of the donuts they had were on the portable shelves with wheels (we thought this was weird because we usually only see that close to closing time). And the donuts were NOT covered. You could see the gnats and flies on the food. The restrooms were just as bad with gnats and flies. And as we were waiting for our food, one of the girls decided to have a seat on the counter (seemed to be a food prep counter) Terrible experience, unhealthy sanitation practices, this was completely unexpected for such a nice area.

Went in at 11:00. Were the only customers inside. The girl at the counter was trying to make coffee. The guy at the drive thru was filling orders. I was finally acknowledged after standing there for about 3 minutes. The girl said she would be with me in a moment while still trying to make coffee. A guy came from the back to look at the coffee maker then went to the back again.

We sat inside. We ordered 6 items between the 3 of us and half of our order came back wrong. The floor was sticky everywhere, all the tables were dirty. Worst part was the two females behind the counter. One was sitting up on the food prep counter where they prepare the hot food items taking selfies, other worker had to move around her to get customers hot food items and the other was leaning on the counter across from her playing on her phone.

Made us wait 5 minutes at the counter before acknowledging that we we were standing there. Ordered some doughnuts which very little left and 6 glazed doughnut holes. After another long wait, I had to ask for my coffee and drink, which were another 5 plus minutes and no one in the store and drive thru. Finally a nice young man finally gave me my coffee and drink. The young girl was still trying to make coffee and not helping customers, and the doughnut holes were cold!!! And stale tasted like they were extremely old. It was the worst service I have ever had at a Dunkin establishment. Will never go back and as a customer outside also said very negative things. The place needs management called on the carpet and given a life lesson on how to train and manage a store. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down. There is no service, no products and extremely dirty inside the store and in the back. My advice to who reads this is not to waste your time.

I come in the am often & like my coffee drink made a certain way… I swear guy called TAVARI is only one who can make the way I like it!!!! I only have to pull up and ask for him and he always knows me, what I want and how. He makes my mornings better before it even starts. He makes it fast and with a smile. He should be manager or given raise or even a paid vacation for a week js. HE GETS 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Employees were goofing around, fighting. They didn’t have any donuts up front, said they kept them in back. We told cashier what donuts we wanted and she brought them up. Two had hair on them, and they looked like they were a couple days old. Icing melting sliding off the donuts. We left to find another place to eat.

Visited August 7th 2023 around 8am and the lady on the drive thru mic was very rude and condescending. She kept talking to someone else while on the mic with me trying to place my order and she was causing confusion. She kept laughing at us and uttering things under her breath. She should not be in customer service.

This Dunkin has always been a hit or miss. They are frequently out of things, the espresso machine is often broken, and sometimes your drink and food may be good, but you never know. I’ll go long periods without coming here before deciding to give them another chance, but I usually regret it.
