I got an Iced pumpkin spice latte and a sourdough breakfast sandwich, they were tasty but made me really sick shortly after leaving. I’m not sure if it was because of all the sugar in the drink(not their fault if so) or if something was bad and made me sick.

Good food usually, but today my stuffed bagel bites were still cold in the middle, and the “breakfast taco” was skimpy, to say the least! We did a drive-thru order for 5 people in one car on one ticket, and they were really struggling to get it right. So much so that we had to pull around, which is never a good sign at any restaurant drive thru! And we still didn’t have the entire order when she brought out the bag so had to wait longer for her to go back inside get the donut she forgot and bring it back to us. I realized that my stuffed bagel bites were cold but didn’t have any more time to waste waiting!

I didn’t visit Dunkin donut. I went to AT&T. And the fellow they have working the store shouldn’t be there. I went to pay my bill an was told to go to the airport store to pay it. I’m surprised they are still opened on spring hill ave. I’ll never tell anybody to go there. Very racist attitude.

Second time I visited in recent weeks and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich to eat in the restaurant. Ordered an additional sandwich and picked out a couple of doughnuts to take with. Also ordered a hot beverage, which was delicious. This was on a Friday around 3:00 p.m. and, as you see in the photo, the doughnuts were virtually wiped out. The two very nice and pleasant employees, Talia & Khali, explained to me that the manager decides how many doughnuts to make daily. Not only are there two hospitals across the street, there are numerous physicians offices, plus more people are out shopping for Christmas. Manager: Please step up to the plate and prepare more doughnuts so that people visiting this Duncan Donuts after 3:00 p.m. can enjoy them. Thank you for reading.

While I was in the hospital I asked my mom to stop and get me a vanilla iced coffee and a single donut.. she ordered and they made the drinks wrong and it was 20 for 2 donuts and 2 cups of coffee…and we still had the full drinks of course the dang recipe was nowhere to be found of course and they wouldn’t even make them how we wanted them … poorly staffed and under trained I didn’t even get my coffee I was sad too lol

Limited Time – Explorer Batch coffee. Perfect medium roast flavor with a hint of sweet berries and the medium is only $1 right now. Only complaint is they were short staffed. The two guys behind the counter were exceptionally polite though, even when faced with a disgruntled customer who was yelling because he was late for work waiting on his order… Hats off to those two gentlemen!

What a great start to the day!! Our group of 6 walked into this Dunkin and Khali was amazing at taking our orders and greeted our group of 6 very kindly. The rest of the staff today was insanely quick at getting our orders out, and the food and coffee was an absolute hit today. Thank you all!!
