I waited forever in the drive thru even though I was the only one waiting. When I finally got to pull up to the window, the lady took my money, gave me my change, and then proceeded to be on her phone in front of me. Someone else handed me my coffee, to which I proceeded to ask if it had almond milk, she said yes so I drove off thinking such. Turns out they put normal milk in my coffee when I have a severe milk allergy. Thank you for wasting my time and money just to make me sick. This dunkin needs brand new workers.

Service was awful. I walked into the store this morning to hear the employees cussing about some drama in their life. I was the only customer in the store so it wasn’t that big of a deal. So I waited about 5 to 6 minutes before an employee finally said something to me, but as soon as I started talking, she walked away and I had to wait some more. Finally another 4 to 6 minutes passed and I had had enough and just left. I never even ordered a thing. Needless to say, but I won’t be going back to there ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was the worst experience I’ve had at Dunkin’. Waited over 5 minutes to even place my order once I was at the ordering screen. I ordered an iced coffee, sausage croissant, and hash browns. They were out of croissants, so I got the bagel. Got to the window, paid, get my food with no receipt. Drive off to realize once I looked that my sandwich was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted, and no hash browns or cream cheese. Turn around and go back, and go inside. Their was 3 employees. I say what was wrong and the one male said so it was right sarcastically meaning nothing was wrong with my order. I said no a cold sandwich and no hash browns is not right. All 3 employees say we are out of hash browns. I said I wasn’t told that when my order was repeated back to me. All 3 was rude. The female rudely said what do you want me to do make you another one. I said no, because at this point no croissants, or hash browns, cold food, and the rude service, I just would like a refund. The female rolled her eyes and then tossed it in the trash. The whole experience was horrible. I even still had words with her while getting my refund for the sandwich. Customer service definitely wasn’t shown. Will not return to this location. In my opinion need a whole new staff trained in customer service skills. Also should make sure sure you have all food items that are on the menu, served hot at 10 in the morning on Sunday. Will be reaching out to store manager and corporate, but after reading all the other reviews not sure it will even matter.

The coffee was good, I’ll give them that. The donuts tasted almost stale. My sandwich, which by the way took about 22minutes to make, was terrible. I’ve had better service at the local gas station. Two of the three employees were horsing around in the back and the front guy had to go back and ask for our sandwich several times. Everyone who ordered while we there had problems with their order. Several just left. I’m not sure if this is the same owner as when they opened, but she is getting a bad name in the area because of lazy employees.

Something needs to be done about the young lady taking orders in the morning. She is always rude and she always sighs or make her annoyance known when she takes orders. Also, she is always in a rush when she takes the order. She doesn’t even let you finish before tell you to come around. The Manager, Ms. Cheryl is awesome. Is she still there? If so please Ms. Cheryl do something about this young lady. she is the WORSE.

I came 10 minutes before close and the staff was so kind to me and made my drinks perfectly!! To the workers closing tonight on May 7th, y’all are awesome! My drinks are usually hit or miss which is the only downfall to coming here, but a huge thank you goes out to the employees tonight from a pregnant lady who really wanted some good coffee LOL.

This location provides very fast service. The staff is always nice and I’ve personally never had an issue with my order bring prepared incorrectly. The location isn’t the best, it’s at a very crowded and small intersection making navigating through the parking lot and parking during busy hours are a not good. The inside lobby is very small so not ideal for dine in but that’s expected with most locations. The good items are decent but the doughnuts are consistently fresh.
