Walked in at 10am. We were traveling from out of state. We greeted with a good morning with no greeting back. There were no signs on the doughnut racks. I asked if a particular doughnut was maple flavored. The cashier didn’t even look back at what I was pointing at. She just said that’s chocolate sprinkles. I said no the shelf below those. Still without looking, she says vanilla sprinkles. I said no beside those. She then said, no, maple flavored is over there and pointed to the opposite side. We purchased our order with no have a nice day or come again. She obviously is not customer friendly.

Doesn’t deserve 1 star. Breakfast was good once but things change. Ordered 2 ham Swiss croissants in drive thru. Opened package they looked terrible and tasted even worse. Couldn’t eat them. Want my 10 dollars back and time wasted. Won’t do that again.

Reviewing the drive thru only, we stop by regularly after a series of appointments in the area. They have coffee and donuts, all the exact same as every other location. So this rating is for service: the day crew is happy, laughing and friendly while being quick on orders and on top of things. I dropped a card being handed to me, and despite protests, someone ran out and picked it up from the drive thru ground, handing it to me with a smile.

I love Dunkin coffee, so I go here. Prices have been raised, and I hear coffee prices on the supply market have actually gone down for coffee…so, not fair. I don’t like BS. I tried the avocado toast one time …and the slice of bread was NOT TOASTED!!!!! ‍♀️ HOW on earth do you just serve avocado on a plain piece of soft bread??!!! Gross! Some proper training is in order for serving food. Don’t microwave things to death, and TOAST the dang bread for avocado toast! ☕But the coffee is great and you can relax on some furniture if you meant to go inside the store and they even have a TV. No outside tables or umbrellas from what I could tell. That would be a nice addition in Spring /Summer.
