Ordered this chorizo breakfast wrap, got all the way home, took a bite and it was frozen solid. Took it back and explained the issue. They put the same one I brought back with the bite out of it and put it back in the oven. Burned the outside and the inside was still cold. Won’t be going back to this one!

I came through the drive-thru and ordered a chocolate Carmel cold brew. The girl said, “we are out of that,” so I ordered a medium ice Carmel coffee. I thought it was odd that the total was 4.79 when it’s normally a little over 3$…anywho, I get my coffee, and it’s horrible. So I went back to ask them to make me a new one. All the girls were sitting outside at a table vaping. Only one girl was in there actually working. When one of the girls came in from outside, she said, “Let me make you a fresh one in the back.” HUGE RED FLAG LOL. I let her make it, but I ended up throwing it away because I didn’t trust the drink made in the back.

I prefer Dunkin donut over Starbucks’s but lately the service is getting worse… you can only order drive thru in the morning. Took too long to get the order! My last order the hot coffee was cold and my sandwich

Weak coffee. Stale donuts and pastries. I had an iced coffee that tasted and looked like the water used to rinse the coffee carafe. Another big chain with little standards. You’re better off going to Fairview Fresh down the street for donuts anyways.
