Honestly 2 days in a row. Consistent out of stuff. Paid on mobile twice. Didn’t get what I ordered. No compensation got lesser value stuff. In this case I ordered a large was told was out of large cups paid for a large got s medium. Ordered ice coffee no ice. This is unacceptable. Move on from this location until they get settled in to a busy area.

I’ve been here about 7 or 8 times since they opened. I’ve always had great & friendly service. They’ve always gotten my order right, & have always been very helpful. I’ve only had my drink made a little differently on occasion, but that’s to be expected with different people making it each time. Overall a great dunkin location!

The girl that took my order was so nice, 10/10. My issue was when I walked in all I saw was the manager and some other two people sitting and staring at me. My mom taught me manners so I said hello. That’s when the manager decided to greet me after I was already by the counter and after that they still sat there staring at me. I turned around and I asked if there was anyone that was going to assist me and he was like oh yeah and he just started yelling from where the customers are to the back kitchen yelling for someone to come and assist me… sooo yea supper rude but I should have known better based of the reviews. But they also were rude to the girl who was trying to mop .., just had a bite of the donut I was craving .. it’s very stale. Manager review 1/10

The iced coffees are never consistently the same flavor every time I order it. I get the mocha iced coffee and it’s never the same every week. Staff is somewhat friendly depending on who takes your order. Overall very clean lobby.

If I could give 0 I would. I ordered a normal iced drink my first time coming that I usually love at my usual Dunkin and it tasted awful I couldn’t even drink it. Second time I came for a simple hot chocolate and when I tell you it was awful I mean it. It tasted like hot water with barely any chocolate. I don’t know why they are not trained on how to make drinks or the machines don’t work but I wasted my money on two drinks. I tried to go back to get a simple drink and even that was not good.
