I waited 20 minutes for a seven dollar drink for it to be melts and not all the way full. Not to mention anyone seemed to care nor did anyone try to fix it. When they offered it was clear I was being a burden for wanting an actual full drink that wasn’t forgotten and left sitting out by the hot kitchen for 20 minutes.

Eternally incompetent. I’ve been going here for the past three years and it doesn’t matter which day or time, they will get your drink wrong. You may as well order the opposite of whatever you want. I’ve gotten sour milk twice in the past three months alone. I’ve gone back and asked them to fix it and they have each time, but I don’t always have time for this nonsense. I can’t schedule in another half an hour on my drive to work because you can’t make a basic iced coffee.

The coffee, donuts & food are good…. I love getting the Refreshers, sometimes iced coffee, donut holes & the ham egg and cheese muffins are So Good!!! lately I’ve been ordering online on the App thinking it would be faster. NOPE. I put drive thru pickup bc I have kiddos and don’t want to take long .. twice I’ve had to wait like 30 minutes! No joke. I mean there were cars in front of me but you would think drive thru service would be quicker than going inside. Not sure what’s going on and I’m not judging or anything. Just giving y’all a heads up to anticipate a wait. I LOVE DUNKIN so I don’t mind the wait.

Pretty great usually. Sometimes the window person gets confused about how to put napkins, a straw, and condiments in your bag, so just check your bag b4 you drive off, regardless of how they rush you and also check your order. Ordered no cheese on a sausage and egg croissant this morning and got home and had a sausage and cheese sandwich. Last visit here for breakfast. They suck. Always an issue with my food. They just don’t care here.

Make sure you have plenty of time to spare before visiting this location. My order typically consists of a coffee-based drink. They are typically good, and if not, the staff is helpful with replacing the order. They are consistently out of most donut types. I’m sure that’s somehow related to the pandemic. Overall, I’ve only had positive experiences here, and I plan on continuing to visit in the future.
