This was my toasted everything bagel WITH cream cheese…. Also my coffee was bitter and burnt I couldn’t drink it. When I asked for cream and sugar they said they didn’t have cream. Very disappointed and a waste of money

Highly disappointed, this is the closest Dunkin yet I’d rather drive to the one on Harding because the quality is so much better. I would say that 1 out of every 5 visits is successful. The food is always burnt. We placed an Uber eats order and I watched as it was being prepared and then the as soon as it was done, the driver picked it up. Living 5 mins away I assumed it would be fine. This is completely unacceptable. It’s not edible, the large coffee is not even full, the small is watered down, the food is burnt, and we are missing the coffee roll and donut. The eggs on the sandwiches are clearly overcooked and I assume has been reheated multiple times. Unacceptable. See images attached, if you are wondering that is supposed to be a cinnamon raisin bagel and a croissant sandwich. Definitely extremely frustrating.

In a world full of negative reviews, I’m going to leave a positive one. This morning around 7:30 – 7:40am (7/31/23) I was the only car in line. My order was taken by a young man who was polite and kind. I asked for a packet of Splenda, but all they had was a container, so I said never mind to the sugar. However, this boy took the time to bring the Splenda container to the window with my coffee cup and have me tell him how much to add! I was so appreciative of him because I do not like super sweet coffee. He was so nice about it!

Worst Dunkin ever. Takes at least half an hour if there are cars in front of you in line. Order is always wrong. The same drink is never made the same way twice, etc. Service is always terrible except for one woman who is very nice (Black woman with blonde hair) otherwise awful service. Always short staffed. Unfortunately the only Dunkin in Bellevue so I go to Starbucks but there is a location in belle Meade that is very nice, complete opposite of Bellevue location

Not sure what the issue is, might be short staffing. Close the lobby and drive-thru takes 20+ min to get through. I have already watched 3 cars leave the line and they were waiting before I even got here. I will let you know how the coffee is tomorrow when I finally order and get my coffee. 1 suggestion – DO Better!!

I spent $15 on food and was charged for a cup of water from the tap. I’ve never seen a place do this, especially one that is understaffed and has us already waiting forever for our orders. Clearly this ridiculous policy was put in place by management in case they haven’t made it clear how much they already don’t value customers. The employees are doing the best they can but could use some help. Hopefully management will use all the money from the tap water charges to hire some more help so that these women aren’t so overwhelmed.

Went in at 6am to get a coffee. At least two of the three employees were stoned out of their minds!! What an absolute disaster of a place… Had to walk out after standing there for 5 minutes watching the comedy show of them trying to work.

Horrible service,rude staff. The kid that wears the bike chain around his neck with black and white dyed hair picks his nose then touched someone’s doughnuts. Avoid this location,last time I go here.
