My wife and I get dunkin’ donuts as often as we can, and have literally visited hundreds of restaurants across the east coast. The coffee is pretty standardized but somehow both of our coffees were not made correctly. Unfortunately we went through drive-thru and was far along on the highway before we realized it.

While this location is fine for most things, the signature lattes come up lacking in the coffee department. Even adding espresso doesn’t remind you that you are drinking coffee and not a tall glass of cream. Doughnuts are fine. Regular coffee is safe.

For as long as I had to wait this morning AND being the only person in line, my coffee was made wrong and was completely nasty. Yesterday morning it was delicious. This location is very inconsistent, and doesn’t even fill up the drinks all the way, and makes sure there’s more ice than actual coffee (for iced coffee). You definitely don’t get your money’s worth here!!

I stopped ordering any sandwiches with bacon months ago because the bacon is NEVER cooked. I decided to give it another shot today and got 2 sandwiches. The bacon on both was so hardly cooked it still looked raw and we removed it out of fear of getting sick.

You have a gallon jug of tea in your drive-through window so people will order a gallon of tea. I order a gallon of tea and pull over and wait because you have to brew the tea and you do not have gallon jugs. Waiting twenty five minutes for you to brew tea is unacceptable.

Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience at a donut shop. This cute little angel of an employee, Marlys, talked us into trying 12 different donuts and 5 different drinks and we were all so pleasantly surprised by the party on our palate that we made plans to return before we had even left the establishment. Honestly, I’ve been to other local Dunkin’s and they pale in comparison. A+ in all categories.
