This is honestly the worst DD location I have ever been to. Most of the staff are extremely unpleasant (other than Kelly, who is super nice). They are extremely slow, not tentative to their customers in the slightest, and they don’t even talk to you when handing you your order. Most of the time, when I go to this location, my food is cold as soon as I get it. One time specifically, I told the girl working at the window that I had a a second order that had not been fulfilled yet, and she walked off and rolled her eyes. Would not recommend.

We usually love DD and this is our first time at this location and we’re extremely disappointed. We waited quite a while to get our order taken. They were out of cold brew and the hot coffee I ordered was not hot at all. Both drinks we got were undrinkable. They seemed to be understaffed as I could hear the employee conversation about the difficult day. DD I hope you see this and provide this location with the adequate staff to ensure qualify products and customer service.

Terrible experience! Dunkin barista asked me to repeat my drive-thru order, said they didn’t get it all; when I arrived at the window it was wrong and she yelled at me for not giving it to her correctly. I was also charged full price for the donut rather than the add on special. The young lady at the window tried to make up for her rude colleague while laughing at my apologies. Burned my sugar buzz. Plan to never go back.

Placed an order in the mobile app for 3 dozen donuts and 50 munchkins. Pre-paid for the order and waited 25 minutes before arriving to pick it up. 4 employee standing at the counter with zero customers in line. My mobile order ticket was sitting on the counter untouched. Instead of apologizing for their failure, Manager told me I should’ve called for an order is that size. 3 dozen donuts and a box of munchkins? If app cannot accept the order, it should reject it. It’s been 10 minutes and still waiting on order. 1 person has come in since I’ve been here, and 4 employees still stand behind the counter. Do not recommend this location if you’re looking for service.

Drove thru for coffee this morning. Handed the gal my debit card and a $1 off coupon. She charged me full price, then when I asked for the coupon back, she said it had been turned in. Uh, then why not my $1 off. Coffee is horrid. I won’t return to this location.

This is honestly the slowest dunkin I have ever been to. I used to love getting dunkin before work and now I cannot. I work right down the road and even if I stop 30 minutes before work I end up being late. I shouldn’t have to get to dunkin an hour before work starts just to know I won’t be late. I’ve honestly just stopped going to this dunkin. It is absolutely ridiculous. I like to order drinks with the cold foam and pay extra for it and then by the time I get up to the window they never put it on there. Overall very disappointed. I understand short staffed, but the past few times i’ve went there was a ton of people inside just talking in no rush about anything.
