This has got to be the cleanest, well put together Dunkin I have ever been to. Especially for being a 24 hr drive through. Staff is beyond friendly, and they decorated for Easter! Bathroom was super clean also! Tons of options to choose from for coffee, fun drinks, and food.

I love love love my local Dunkin! Erwin has the best crew of people who really care and make you feel like family. They actually came together to send flowers and a card when I was in the hospital early September. Drinks are always so good and food is great! Love their pesto grilled cheese and their bacon croissant sandwiches (add chicken for extra protein).

Went and gave out free coffee coupons for Christmas. Dunkin employees were very nice. I’m really hoping business picks up here in Erwin so this store can stay. Only thing I wish is that it had a lounge area with comfy chairs like some of the other stores have. Merry Christmas.

Didn’t get my full order and when my dasher went back they still didn’t provide everything I paid for. I called the store and was told that once it leaves their door its not their problem. That they had replaced the item once and to take it up with door dash. It’s not my drivers fault it was wrong. She was unable to check the items because of how it was wrapped and taped in the bag. I love this location and have never complained. I just wanted what I paid for.

The staff at this location are hands-down the sweetest and most courteous people you will come across! Every time I pull up to the box to order I get an enthusiastic and quick response, and every item I’ve ever received has been prepared perfectly and carefully. My ice coffees I get with flavoring are always perfectly mixed where at other places I have to shake and stir it as I drive off to get it to mix in at all.
