Usually Dunkin Donuts is a reliably good place to go. Unfriendly young employee named Baleigh said the espresso machine was broken, although many other people had hot coffee. So, no cappuccino for me. They were unable to break a hundred dollar bill. Absolute mass confusion in the pick up area. Then my breakfast sandwich was unappetizing. The floors could use a good scrubbing. We were sadly disappointed. Donut was delicious, and the only reason I gave this location any stars.

So I have to say, I go to this dunkin maybe 3-4 times a week depending on my work schedule. I have always had amazing service and as often as I go, my rink was only ever switched up 1 time, which is impressive considering how busy they are some days. However, there is one woman there some mornings with short hair and the coolest stiletto shaped nails I have ever seen. She has to be one of the most amazing and sweetest individuals I have come across there ever. She has such an amazing personality and is such so friendly, funny, etc., that it honestly brightens my day. If you can have an entire team like her you’d have a dream team. Hands down the best customer service experience you can ever get at an amazing coffee shop

Over the last few months this particular Dunkin’ has gone further and further down hill. For one thing, I always order the exact same coffee every single time I get coffee there. Multiple times now my iced coffee has come with regular sugar instead liquid sugar. Which, as well all know will not dissolve in a cold drink. I normally just take the drink inside and get it corrected no big deal. This last time I was taking my son to school so I brought it back and waited through the line after dropping him off. I get to the window and this man that was not the cashier or anyone that had any business being at the window came over and proceeded to tell me this was my fault and to check my coffee before I leave next time. Sure, next time I’ll hold up your line checking all our food and drinks. Now there’s today. I order a chicken biscuit pictured below. Maybe you could get away with calling this a biscuit up north somewhere, not in the south. The “biscuit” is burnt. The chicken is hardly cooked and has hard pieces all through out. I’m done with this Dunkin’ for sure.

Love their frozen hot chocolate but can’t say same about customer service. I asked for a small and after being told price I asked price of medium which was about $.60 more so I decided to get medium. Got to window to pay and was given price of small, I informed them I had upgraded to medium and when window person told the preparer her comment was,”I’ve already made the small” ! Not good customer service at all

We placed a mobile order and spent 3 minutes waiting at the speaker and then 5 more minutes waiting at the window. At that 5 minute mark a third employee asked about our order, not only who it was for but what we ordered. Very friendly ladies, but the order was so poorly managed. We won’t be placing a mobile order there again.
