I order dunkin 3 days a week. Yesterday I mobile ordered. When I arrived there was one car in front of me. They pulled around I pulled up and after quite a while nobody addressed me I started timing and 4 minutes after that still nothing. I pulled around and they looked at me like I was crazy and I said I have a mobile order. They said for who I told them and they asked me 2 more times what my name was. They hadn’t even started my order.

Even my son who is 7 was in the back seat and said she made me happy too! I will be back just because of her countenance being so bright and full of life. I didn’t give any stars for food because I never order any. I’m only ever there for their coffee. Great location! Looks really nice now since they just recently renovated. It’s a rarity that I have a bad experience with Dunkin. When I do, though, I find that it isn’t because of the staff. It’s typically due to a difficult customer. So if you’re ever at this location and you’re waiting longer than you should ever have to for coffee, don’t assume it’s their fault. Be kind and keep in mind that they are people just like you. Kindness goes a long way 😀

Wasted 45 minutes. Multi hair colored girl not trained and then manager on duty had total attitude. Store with 6-8 employees should be smooth operation. MOD is clueless and multi hair colored girl barely trained working the front. Wasted time on 3 hour drive coming here. Manager saying I’m back there doing dishes. Manager didn’t know how to manage everyone walking around lost.

I really can’t anymore with our local Dunkin Donuts… so here’s the honest review and I’ll try and save the frustration for you. If you’re going to go to this Dunkin location, you will be waiting for a long time. Whether it’s drive thru or walking inside you will wait. This morning I waited 15 minutes to order, the lady in front of me waited longer. While everyone is running around, the cashier for the drive thru is playing with her finger nails, while the inside cash register went unmanned for the 10 minutes after the lady in front of me was finally helped. If you’ve been thru the drive thru you know, she has time to take 3 orders at the inside register before that drive thru line moves an inch. Also, do you know how frustrating it is to watch someone twirl their hair while you’re waiting and waiting.

Love this location every time I go to it. They had done memorized my order by the time we ended up leaving from this location for work Lol every morning myself or my husband would go. Sometimes twice a day ‍♀️ lol we love us some Dunkin can’t ya tell haha I usually get the iced caramel craze signature latte and my husband gets the iced caramel latte. They were pretty much out of everything and of course my app didn’t want to cooperate or work once I got up to the window The staff was very helpful and patient. My order got shorted and they had closed by the time I realized it, but when I stopped back by and went in the second time they were very friendly and knowledgeable the girl working just kept apologizing and her being able to remember vaguely of me being there was a positive thing for her because that shows she takes pride in her job and that is not very common anymore.

I always use the drive-through and look forward to the Midnight coffee. My favorite treat is the Avacado Toast! I’ve been a fan of DD coffee forever and find it difficult to drive by without treating myself to a great cup of coffee.
