Stay away from this Dunkin! The customer service was terrible. “Grandma Janet” at the register was rude and hateful while taking our order and everyone else’s. We waited 30 minutes for 2 bagels because they lost our ticket. They also were getting other people’s orders mixed up. Not a good experience.

Absolutely horrible. We are from another state and wanted to stop and get coffee and donuts. After waiting in the drive thru for at least 5min, our order was finally taken. Both of our iced coffees had no sugar in them and tasted disgusting. One of the employees was sitting on her phone instead of helping the poor, obviously terrible, cashier/barista. Worst Dunkin’ experience.

Drinks were just not made well at all. Employees need better training. Would be nice if they stayed open later as this is the last coffee shop before you hit the interstate. I think they would do a lot more business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Was traveling out of state and had an order for my 3 friends and I. We ordered 4 coffees and when received, they tasted burnt and horrible. We politely asked for fresh ones and watched them SPIT AND SPEW MILK all into our drinks. They then, with no gloves, picked up my muffin and threw it into the bag. Especially during this COVID19 pandemic this is absolutely unacceptable. When asking for a refund, they threw the receipt at us and flipped us off and waved goodbye. They did not say one word nor help us. I AM DISGUSTED. Already contacted headquarters about this issue.

Donuts were stale but edible, but good lord what an absolute sh!tshow of a serving staff they have there. The guy, Phil, was busy as the woman (who I don’t know her name) did who knows what. Phil was nice enough and finally took our order, albeit about 10 minutes after we walked in. But it was fine. Ordered an iced coffee and the redheaded jerk (for lack of a much worse term that I would like to use) of a woman asked if I got the iced coffee. I said yes because I thought she meant did I order it. Well then I told her “oh but I haven’t received it yet.” and she bitchily said, twice, “Well then you didn’t get it did you?!” I was just dumbfounded by her attitude. She then asked if I wanted cream and me, never having been to Dunkin Donuts said “mocha. I ordered it with mocha.” and she said “what is that? We don’t have mocha cream!” it wasn’t until she belittled me that she told me she had already added the mocha swirl. My mother and I were flabbergasted. We wouldn’t talk to one another that way let alone a customer. To add the cream she took my coffee behind a wall, so now I’m afraid to drink my coffee that I spent $3 on. If you want donuts, go to the one 6 miles from here or get them at a store. If you want be berated and waste a few bucks and 15 minutes of your life, by all means eat here.

We waited 15min befire they even took our order. Added to repeat the oder for a lg hot coffee cream no sugar 4 times. Then says wont charge since you had to wait. We watch her make a espresso coffee and she brings it to us. My husband says to her i ordered just a regular coffee. She says get this “we’re out of coffee we have no coffee filters”. Pretty sad a coffee shop runs out of coffee.

I love this Dunkin donuts!! They know our order as soon as we start talking and tell us to pull on up to the window or at the counter we don’t have to even tell them the order lol. The service is great here. They will make your drinks exactly like u ask. Lindsey, Alex and Eliana are the best!! The other workers are too!! We Love this place!!

Had a bad experience with a Dunkin’ in Sevierville as the coffee was nasty, a while later stopped at this and Lacey served us the best cup of coffee we had all weekend while on vacation! I have been going to this Dunkin for years. I did take a little time off over a year ago because the service was horrible, and I never knew if they would be open at 6am…or 6:10am…or 6:15am… but now, it is so much better! Mindi is the only marker that I have. When she started taking my orders in the drive-thru things were correct, quick, pleasant, and when I pulled up at 6:00am there was someone ready to take my order. Every once in a while, when they have new hires, my order can get messed up, but that is how it goes at just about any fast food restaurant. If I bring my order back they are quick to correct it and very apologetic. Overall this establishment has improved greatly over the past year and I am happy there is a Dunkin Donuts so close to exit 407.
