In all honesty this place is just to small for the area causing major backup traffic and two when I donated to the children’s cancer association it says you get a free donut and was told that I couldn’t get a donut bc they were sold out like it shouldn’t matter which donut you get just to honor the donation but I didn’t mind to donate to cancer researcher but fulfill your customers also. Coffee wasn’t prepared correctly today,nice customer service other than not honoring the donut.

Stop at this DD all the time before work and the girls at the drive thru are the best. Very nice girls and they keep the line moving. The coffee is always top notch. It’s hard to beat DD regular coffee. The only complaint I have is its impossible to get a fresh donut at DD. Not just this location but all locations. I believe donuts are shipped in by truck and the journey takes a toll on them. We got donut holes for my daughter and they tasted like they were fried in very old grease and stale as hell. Every donut you get is like that. I like this location and the staff is great but I’m just gonna stick to coffee.

Parked out back to enjoy my meal… the KAREN that lives behind the building is an absolute psycho and pulled up next to me looking at the front of my car… then had the audacity to ask me to back my car up because it WAS NOT touching the bushes! I am assuming she believes she owns the parking lot next to the dumpsters! She’s bad for business!

The employees here are the rudest people I’ve ever had to interact with. They also make horrible tasting coffee. Don’t even think about ordering more than two items at the drive through because they get annoyed and disrespectful.

This location is always busy, but our orders have never been wrong, and all our food and/or drinks have been really good. Because of how busy it is, the tables don’t always get wiped down, so I just got a napkin and did it myself. The bathroom was clean.

My coworker asked for a sweet tea, light ice with two raspberry shots. Apparently, the young lady who took the order had trouble understanding the phrase LIGHT ICE. Couple that with the very poor attention to detail. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

This is the most unique Dunkin’ I’ve been to. Originally a historic house, it’s anesthetics are on-point inside and out! I have to mention it would be 5 stars if the table and counters were cleaner. The next time you’re passing through Maryville stop by and grab your latest offer through the app!

This place is pretty much a disaster. Staff is apathetic and rude. I don’t think I’ve ever had a donut that was even remotely edible from them. The only good thing about this Dunkin is its location. With so many other local options that are far superior, I’ll spend a few extra moments and a few extra dollars to go somewhere else.

Friendly service, but employees are a lost. Drive through was busy so we came in. I was expecting to have to wait a bit. But not 15 minutes. And 8 minute wait between the 2 frozen coffees we ordered. She handed me 1 drink and then went to make others. I was like she forgot, a few minutes later I reminded her. While waiting, another customer comes in with 4 drinks that were completely wrong. Seems like they have plenty employees, just not organized.
