This is the only time I have ever ordered light ice and gotten a drink that wasn’t full. I’m sorry, but for $5.70, I’m expecting a full drink. This Dunkin has quickly become one of my last favorite as the donuts are usually stale, and no matter what kind I order, they can never get it right. This is a shame because with a little effort, the Dunkin brand could become bigger than their competition.

Went there yesterday. My husband and our kids were just traveling through to go to Knoxville. Had to be somewhere kind of on time and my order took 30 minutes/a half hour to give to me!!!! If your in a hurry , Don’t stop here!! The man Christ who works there laughed at me numerous times while taking my order! I just ordered a reg. hot coffee, no special drink and 2 donuts for my children. People walking in after me and people in drive thru were getting their orders faster than me! Worst service ever!!! My husband thought I fainted in the store or went to the bathroom and something happened that is how long it took my order to be made!! Which to me was a pretty simple order! If this location continues to give this horrific service , I agree with another person giving their review. I don’t see them staying open longer here at that location!! Very Rude employees!!! I noticed too that they pay more attention to the drive thru customers then walk-ins. Except for the people ahead of me and people behind me.. I was treated so bad. and I’m very nice to people and patient!! My daughter said my husband asked me to cancel the order but it was too late after waiting 30 minutes for my coffee!!!! And even my teenage daughter noticed all the orders sitting there I think were people never picked up their order and left!

I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location chance after chance after chance. If you were in a hurry, do not go here. The customer service is really bad and the staff takes so long to get anything out the window. there was four cars in head of me yet it still took 35 minutes. I had a mobile order and my drink was water down and my food was cold from sitting in the window for 35 minutes, every time I ask for an extra shot of espresso in my drink, I never get it and overall this location is one of the worst. I will be getting my coffee from the Knoxville locations when I go to Oakridge for work from now on.

When I went in there were only 4 people working and it was a bit busy. The older woman whom I assume is the manager was running around fussing over everything very loudly that it was not hard to hear. I am a manager and I would never say something like so openly and loud that everyone could hear. I also was confused as in why this manager was doing the easiest position(headset and window) while the other girls where struggling with orders backed up. She should have had one of the girls doing headset while she was helping make orders because that is where she should be the quickest and most efficient. I was extremely shocked by this extremely poor management and that the younger girls were basically running the store themselves .

Their team members are friendly and always greet me when I walk in. Their manager, Christ, helpfully answered all my questions regarding merch, mobile app, and menu items. I have yet to be disappointed by any of their items that Ive tried like the cold brew coffee or the cocomocho latte – I look forward to getting to treat myself at the OR DD!

When I started going here for their frozen coffee it was really good. In the past few months it’s went downhill fast. Poorly managed by not having straws and lids for the cups. The employees have not a clue on what they are doing and the service is terrible. It’s sad to see a good coffee shop go out of business but if something doesn’t change, they have no future in Oak Ridge Tn.

Came there for a caramel crazed iced latte. Couldn’t get that because they were out of caramel. So the young lady at the register (Erica) suggested something else. She was really nice and her suggestion of the butter toffee was great. My issue is with who made the sandwich. As you can see from the ticket I ordered the black peppercorn bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Whoever made the sandwich gave me regular bacon. This was quite disappointing.

Placed a online order at 9:00am to be picked up by 1:15pm the same day. It was for 12 strawberry with sprinkles and 12 chocolate with sprinkles. Arrived and was told they didn’t have it. Workers was extremely rude.
