This is one of those reviews you don’t want to leave, but honesty is key. We ordered food ahead at 9:03. Got here at 9:10. We expected a wait, but not a 37 minute wait. The coffee was served up super fast, but the food we ordered took forever. The speed of service today was on par with wait times at the DMV. Two of the workers were inside crying so I guess either they are super stressed or having a very off day. We will back and hopefully it’s better. If so, I’ll update my review.

This store has always been very consistently inconsistent, however, the past month or so has been especially terrible in terms of wait times, quality of items orders, and inability to get orders correct the first time. We generally will place our order when we leave our house for pick up about 20 minutes later. Lately, it is an additional 20+ minute wait once we get there. The past few weeks, we have had to have multiple items remade each order due to it not being made correctly – ex) sandwich ordered with no cheese and comes with cheese; coffee made with both mocha and hazelnut and comes with only one or none, etc. This has become increasingly frustrating as we are on a time crunch trying to get to where we need to go, going as far as leaving even earlier than we already do so that we aren’t late. There was a curly haired woman who made the place run amazingly well and we would rarely have any issues when she was there managing, but when she isn’t there, the place doesn’t run at all – and we haven’t seen her in a while. I understand being short-staffed, but this kind of service is just crazy. I hope corporate takes notice and makes some changes and gets that team some more help.

Really really nice store! The people were friendly and professional, the coffee was super fresh and super hot! Customers are a little squirrely, one told the lady behind the counter that a gangster walked in the door and she was scerrrd, lol, whatever that means! The lady behind the counter asked her where, and she pointed right in front of me. That was an eye rolling experience. But, you can’t control the customers that come into a public eatery. And everyone there was super super nice!

I come here quite often unfortunately because it’s the closest one to my house. The majority of the time my coffee isn’t made correctly. It’s a very basic coffee. Carmel, cream, sugar. For some reason they can never get it right. Also, if I order food on the rare occasion it will be half cooked. I understand some days there can be hard as an employee and very busy (I used to work for Dunkin) but it’s very frustrating just about every time I go there nothing is made right. The employees are very nice people, they just don’t know what they’re doing.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to so far . Went twice and twice they have been so slow . The taco barely had anything in it . Had to wait 15 min making my husband late over hash browns . Girl at the window has a rash on her hand and needs a glove if she’s gonna handle peoples cards and food . coffee was the only thing good but I won’t be waiting 10 min for stuff when y’all have 5 workers in there. Go to merchants,way faster and better service .

Ashley is RUDE and CAN NOT make coffee. When the older lady with curly hair isn’t there the place is so slow and nothing comes out right. Ashley is easily frustrated and annoyed with customers. I understand getting frustrated at times but when it’s daily she needs a new job.

More consistency with the quality of food would be appreciated. Half the time it’s burnt or way less BEC or whatever inside the sandwiches. And when it’s not burnt it’s not toasted at all… Just consistency please.

Past four times ive come here my order has been wrong, i go back in to get the right order and once again its wrong. I triple check my tag and still they either dont put in my milk or theres no flavor syrup or no foam. I keep coming back for the convinient location but im getting of settling for the wrong order. Bright side almost never busy when i come by.

If you want just bare bones coffee sure this place is fine. But out of all the shops in knoxvile this is the worst I’ve been to. Out of multiple trips here because there’s nothing else close enough. Take your general expectations and drop them a couple notches before ordering.
