Ive tried giving this specific Dunkin a chance , but the crew that works in the morning every morning sucks . They’re rude , they rush you and they don’t listen to orders correctly . Not only is their customer service trash but the drinks they make is trash as well . They can never get an order correct . It’s sad that the best time to go there is in the evening. Today was my last day going . How come everytime i order I gotta have them re make it at the window ?! Because they don’t listen . Yeah never going back ever .

Everytime I go there the employees are rude and they never get my drink correct, I have to yell at the speaker just so they can hear the order. They constantly mess up and when you ask them to fix it they look at you like you’re stupid. The manager was rude and unprofessional, I highly suggest going to Clinton hwy or cedar bluff to get Dunkin

Constantly run out of doughnuts early like 9am early. Staff all but ignores you if you go inside. If you get a doughnut its not good its small, over baked, walmarts are better and cheaper at this point.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst DD in Knoxville. I have given them several chances and finally just gave up. Drinks are never made correctly, service is terrible. I honestly have no ideas how they are still open.
