This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. And I’ve given it multiple chances, trying drive thru and going in. Every time, my order took a good 30+ minutes and one time I ended up having to just leave (after paying on the app) bc I was going to then be late. Absolutely ridiculous.

Order dozen donuts, mix of glaze, pink/chocolate sprinkle donuts. Receive no glazed. Ordered two coffee drinks, received one. We asks to pay for two glazed donuts, get the donuts. Still waiting at the window. What are you waiting on. We need our other mixed coffee, he looks at order, oh she inly rang up one. Oh well lets get that coffee then, well we cant add that at the window. See its gonna mess up our drive thru timer and its company policy, so you need to go back through the drivethru to correct this issue of our inability to take your order correctly. So worried about that timer ill make sure that is the last time i come through a dunkin!

This Dunkin‘ Donuts is the SLOWEST I’ve ever been to. The workers have no sense of urgency to serve the customers and get them in and out. It’s mind blowing that four people have a hard time simply making a coffee and putting some premade food in a toaster oven.

I ordered two donuts, two kolaches, an iced coffee and a chai latte. Everything was fine, like it normally is until my fiancé tried his Chai latte. It was literally just a cup of steamed, warm milk and foam. No Chai. That’s just ridiculous. The workers stood around for several minutes, just to hand me a almost 5 dollar cups of milk. Thanks.
