Order two donuts they were both hard is a rock. I waited to be served and waited. I was at the register there were no one for them to wait on , waiting still. The workers where in the back. I said is anyone here. No reply. Then someone came though the drive. They waited on them first. I really don’t mind being last. But to have to stand there that long is uncalled for! Got hash browns and they were burnt along with being stale. Super disappointed cause I decided to try something new. Donuts are fine and that’s about it. If Krispy Kreme were closer I’d have gone there in a heartbeat.

Been coming for three weekends to get the new turtle latte . Order it with skim milk and no whip, no problems right?!?! Well wasn’t until the manager decided she didn’t want to ring it up as a turtle latte made with skim no whip, she rang it up her own way so I didnt get my what I ordered and when I cam back and nicleu just asked fir her to throw a few cookie pieces in ot to make it a litlle better, she was rude about it, admitted she rang it up her own way cuase it was easier, so no I didn’t get a turtle and pretty much my fault for ordering it with skim and no whip.. should’ve just stick with Cozy cabin!? Won’t be back for a long time!!
