As soon as I pulled up to the intercom, I wasn’t greeted. The first thing said was. ” we don’t have food, so the list is short.” I placed my order and was just told “pull around.” No total or anything. When I got to the window, the older woman taking orders was complaining already. They had gotten the order wrong, and when I mentioned the coffee wasn’t right, she complained again saying “at least I saved .25$.” I acquired my items and drove off without saying anything only to realize she didn’t give me my drink. At that point, I didn’t even want it. This is the third time I’ve run into this woman working, and she is absolutely horrible at customer service. I’ve tried to let it go, but I don’t want anyone else to get this horrible service. Go to grinderhouse right down the road.

The iced/frozen coffee was awesome, but the service wasn’t very good, we(just 2 of us) had to repeat our order 2 times then got to window they still had it wrong we were ask to pull up they brought our order with items missing. They had no other customers in the store or parking lot. The coffee was so good I will try it again hopefully service will be better.

Have been here several times, just because of its good location/proximity to shops & stores. This place is consistently without question the worst Dunkin store I’ve ever been to. Have you ever heard of a Dunkin Donuts with no donuts???? That’s just the beginning for this place. Consistently out of various items, not enough staff…. a couple of times, only 2 or 3 people behind the counter working. Dirty tables and dirty floors is the rule and not the exception. I love Dunkin…… but this place has lost my business. Though, I may try back in 6 months and see if they have improved.

It’s got a line due to it being understaffed on purpose. Management can claim what they want about people “not wanting to work,” but they are the ones that understaffs the shifts. So beware of that, which is the case for most Dunkins across the U.S..
