I gave you 3 stars, but would have been 5, if my BEC crescent would have been completely covered with bacon! At $5.13, we deserve more than 3 small strips of bacon!!! I would like enough to taste, that’s why they call it a BEC crescent.

I wanted to a start to my day and Dunkin wouldn’t allow that. I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and a half of a dozen donuts. The coffee ( if you could call it that ) wasn’t even mixed all the way, there was not a single scent of a taste of salted caramel, and it seemed like it was hot brew and they just dumped a bunch of ice in there. I’m not the type to waste money so I did drink it. Wrong choice, it made me nauseous with a blazing headache. I have a dentist appointment today and they ruined my sense of going, already with a blazing headache. Also, the donuts were ice cold, like come on. The lazy people that can the Audacity to ruin your day.

The food/ coffee is great! The staff… they ignore the drive thru most times and are rude as hell when you go inside. For those two reasons, I don’t to this location anymore. Do better on your hiring Dunkin’.

Can’t believe I can’t leave a negative star lol I was coming on here to rant about the worst experience I’ve ever had at this particular Dunkin, and I’m not just saying at this Dunkin, I’m saying the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!!! But looking at the other reviews it seems I’m not the only one and nothing will get done about it. Please do not go to this Dunkin, I went through the drive thru one day and the lady gave me my coffee, pretty easy usually (at other Dunkin’s, I go to this one randomly as it’s by my house) it instantly tasted burnt like a ton of expresso but dumped. No biggie, I go inside and instantly everyone stared at me like they were absolutely miserable and tell them politely that it tastes different like expresso was in it(which it’s not supposed to, it’s a frappe) the lady from across the counter said “no there’s not because I made it” so I said “well it tastes different” she said rudely “do you wanna another coffee” I said no because if they can’t make a frappe right then why would they make my coffee right, so I asked if I could just get I just get it remade and she said no because there’s no other way to make it, so then I just asked for a refund to which she responded with “NO bc you already drink it.” She walked away, everyone was hiding from her like they were scared, Like are we kidding, a sip?? It was disgusting and the whipped cream was still filled to the rim?? they are all so mean, except this one girl who obviously was scared said quietly, do you want me to remake it? And I said yes please. And guess what? It was perfect. How? Because the other girl was just lazy. I even asked for her name and no one answered me. The one old lady at the window with the ugly bob rushes you off so fast and if you need a second to get anything like your app or Apple Pay, she huffs and puffs like shes bout to blow my house down. This isn’t comical but I can’t help but laugh, I understand because you aren’t making alot of money serving coffee but there’s a reason for that 🙂 if you hate your life so much, maybe stay home and don’t leave EVER. The entire crew were so beyond hateful, also really dirty. I’m still in shock at the way they treated me. But apparently the franchise owner, the manager and all the staff are friends so they root for eachother and bully their customers. Save yourself the trip and go to biloxi on pass road! Drinks are made better and the people are nicer!

Trash cans all overflowing inside and out. The chairs were all flipped on tables so you couldn’t sit inside without taking them down yourself. It was 10am. The food was just okay and only one drink was drinkable.

This Dunkin is absolutely aweful. They always forget something on the online mobile orders. The attitudes of the employees are just horrendous. Employees are always sitting down when you pull up to the drive through and you have to sit and wait. I was missing a donut hole order and tried calling the store only for an employee to answer by saying shutup and hanging up the phone.
