Showed up at 7p. Closing at 8. Lights out doors locked. Drive through open, out of multiple drinks. Weirdest thing.. ask for black tea cold, we don’t have it ready cold. You have it hot though? Yes. Ok can we just ice the hot? No, but I can give you a cup of ice.

I am not sure what is wrong with this Dunkin. Every time I go I order the exact same thing the same way and I always get something different. Do you all not provide training for your employees? They are also always out of just about everything. I will go to the coffee shop across the street now. Tired of wasting money on a drink that is disgusting and not what I ordered.

Donuts can be hard if you go after 12. They should keep them in an enclosure to keep them fresh longer. They are very quick to serve you coffee and the coffee is delicious, especially the cold brew. You can sit and have a good time with friends.

Whoever’s the manager at this one ain’t properly training their workers how to make coffee… or just sucks at their job…. first time, I ordered a hot latte. I was given a cold (no, not iced) a what was supposed to be “hot” cup, but was cold OLD coffee. It’s like I was given some random cup of somebody else’s drink that was lying around for hours…. I thought “ok everyone makes mistakes… no biggie…” the second experience wasn’t too bad.. it wasn’t great either… but this morning, I ordered a small salted caramel cold brew… Absolutely DISGUSTING… it was practically extra EXTRA sugar-milk, no hint of coffee what so ever… you can see a whole thick layer of syrup resting at the bottom of the cup that wasn’t even stirred…. at this point it’s obvious that these workers could care less. Throw the whole crew away ️ and TRAIN your workers to give people what they ordered…. Please don’t waste your money here. Not worth it.

I have been coming to this location in the morning for months but for the last month they are NEVER open when they are supposed to be. No one shows up until 30 minutes to and 1 hour after they are supposed to open. If they aren’t going to open when the sign says then they need to change it.

This place is a HOT MESS!!! All the trash cans were overflowing. They only work the drive thru, staff is not friendly, and they are very slow. We waited 30mins and the lady said we could just leave so we got a refund and left.

Don’t come here expecting to buy doughnuts, they acted surprised when I ask for a dozen chocolate covered and just said that they were out. So apparently at some point they just stopped making doughnuts.
