I tried this for the first time today. I honestly haven’t been doing caffeine for about 6 months and I had a long weekend and needed a pick me up this morning!! Well I do not know if I will be trying again. I got a sweet black pepper croissant with a caramel craze iced signature latte. The bacon on the sandwich was not done it was very chewy and I did not taste any sweet or pepper. The latte tasted like a black coffee with no sugar or anything in it? Just not a good experience overall!! I will stick to my Starbucks or just making my own at home! Thanks but no thanks! Kinda wanted to go back and get a refund!

generally love this place, tea is great. ordered new chicken and pepper wrap, was lukewarm and when ate part was ice cold in center. they wanted to regrill one I had eaten off. This is unsanitary. Also told me couldn’t be frozen in center still. don’t know what issue is with heating, but is not recommended

Ordered 6 doughnuts, they shoved all 6 of them in a small bag and charged me for 6 individual doughnuts instead of the cheaper 1/2 dozen price. They weren’t busy, they just didn’t care and the doughnuts were garbage. This location is the worst.

I ordered a Turkey Sausage egg and cheese and a cold brew with no milk, recieved no receipt and only received my cold brew. When I went to the counter the lady was extremely rude to me for no reason and said I didn’t order a sandwich when I repeated my order to her twice. My cold brew also had milk which was my only request. It was not a complicated order and I understand things happen and people make mistakes but when I was being nice and they were extremely rude it made me never want to come back here. The cashier with blonde hair got extremely angry with me and had me pay for my sandwich again, and wanted to argue with me which is not who I am. Extremely disappointed ☹️

Staff is pretty unfriendly. Not rude per se, they just want you to go away. Which is understandable. Customers are annoying. But you aren’t supposed to let it show. It’s been that way for a while now. The other issue is that this location frequently allows themselves to run out of food. So it’s a crapshoot if you’re actually going to be able to get what you want here or not.

Great workers! Clean, comfortable. Just the food was disappointing. Haven’t been in a long time and didn’t realize it’s not made in the store anymore. Taste’s not nearly as good. Good experience overall though. Good place for a good, tasty breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.

Stuffed biscuit bites were cold in the middle, tasted kind of burnt but obviously they weren’t because they were cold, and they were just thrown into the bag. Ordered a sweet cold foam nitro cold brew and they didn’t give me any foam, and when I asked they didn’t say anything, just took my drink, and squirted just a little bit in. The drink tasted awful and not like what I’m used to from Dunkin’. Ordered on the kiosk and got a donut and they said they didn’t have donuts after I paid, which whatever, I should have looked lol but they didn’t even offer a replacement till I asked. I love Dunkin’ so it’s literally just this location. 🙁
