I didn’t come here to write a bad review. I actually have very good experience with this location. Everyone always make sure that my coffee is fresh and everything is always really good but recently they have changed their way of making donuts, and now I do not like the donuts at all. I only use this place for just my coffee. I used to get a doughnut too but I don’t like the new supplier/baker.

Went through the drive thru, and the lady didn’t understand what I was ordering and just said, “I don’t know what that is. We don’t have that.” You don’t know what a hot chocolate is?? really?? Finally got my order. The donuts and hot chocolate were good, but the service was bad. I’m not going back!!

Edited as of 2023: I am now giving this location 5/5 stars instead of 4/5 stars. They have substantially better customer service than many other locations and it’s very consistent. The drive thru moves more quickly than it ever did in the past. I really like that this location is close to home because they are doing so well in all categories. It is much appreciated!

HORRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars that’s what it would be! My first and last time at this location! They didn’t have the donuts I ordered ( btw I did a online order and picked up through the drive thru) ok fine, I told the lady to just take them off from my order. She told me I can’t give you your money back for them $2.38 who cares. I finally get my food and something told me to check everything right there. I did just that! Everything was cold and I live pretty close by so it didn’t take me long to get there. My croissant sausage, egg and cheese sandwich was HARD. My peach passion fruit refresher tasted like sugar water with a hint of peach flavor. DISGUSTING customer service. I will never come back to this location. Do not waste your time or money here!
