Can’t drink caffeine because of a heart condition. Handed me a drink that was caffeinated when I ordered decaf today. I asked if they would remake decaf. They said they cannot make a mocha latte decaf. I order it decaf every time I visit. Pulled me up to the railing while they remade it and I’m 100% sure I was given a mocha latte with caffeine. I’m paying for it this evening….

Wouldn’t know what it’s like since we didn’t get served. We stood at the counter for 20 minutes till we finally left and went to DQ. The lady before us also complained they needed better management. Baskin Robin’s is in with this location. Someone came in after us to get service over there and the server went over to her before serving us. Didn’t ask us to wait or anything. Quite rude since we had been waiting for so long without service. Will not go back!!!

We decided to try to avoid the long drive thru line, but there was a long wait inside as well and very few workers. The dining area had trash everywhere and it was evident that it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. We love the ice cream and coffee, but the state of the dining area was extremely off putting.

Stopped in to get a couple coffees and donuts. Placed a mobile order and jumped in the drive thru for pickup. There were only 4 cars ahead but it took 30 min to get to the pickup window. We were handed our coffees and the hot coffee we ordered was cold. When we asked for it be remade, they took it back in, and handed us the same cup, still cold.

I stood at the register for over 5 mins and not one of the 4 employees I saw behind the counter even acknowledged me. I never post reviews but I feel like I had to on this. I just walked out. I understand employees get busy but a simple “We will be right with you” would have gone a very long way.
