I’m not one to leave reviews, but after the experience I had at this location, I had to. The manager on site, Patience(how could you forget a name like that), was absolutely amazing. Over a $100 order and she was just the most pleasant individual. So kind and sweet too! The store was also very clean & it seemed as if everyone working there was enjoying themselves. Again, special shout-out to a GREAT employee! Thank you, Patience!!

I know it’s not the fault of the employees that were there. I strictly blame management. It was busy in the drive thru. We went inside. Waited, legit, 7 minutes to get help at the counter. Everyone was in the drive thru or somewhere. Where was the manager though? The employers were nice and friendly, but overworked. I think I seen 3 people working.

This is my extra cream cheese on my bagel. And none in the bag either. And the burnt hash browns they actually gave me. You know they knew it was bad before they put it in my bag. What is wrong with these people. I work hard for my money. Thanks a lot for ripping me off and I don’t get breakfast. Double whammy. You got me. And you don’t answer the phone when I called to let someone know that their workers don’t tknow what they’re doing in a restaurant. Triple whammy. Appreciate that . Managers do better with your staff or get knew ones. People can’t afford this these days to be ripped off by you when bidenflation is so bad.

Everytime I come through I order a latte. It’s comes out the window luke warm at best. Which is disappointing becasue I order ‘hot’ latte never warm. Please take the extra few seconds to make something right.

Went in for 2 iced coffees due to the drive-thru line being long, and we were the first and only people in line. I’m not complaining about that at all. My issue is that we had to deal with Mary and her attitude. She was rude from taking our order, to receiving our order, definitely uncalled for.
