I took the last drink inside and talked to Sage, and she immediately and with great service made me another drink, telling me if I didn’t like it, she would make me some thing else. Typically the service is great but your two morning girls seem to be miserable.. I had a coupon to redeem for a three dollar cold brew But it was a medium and I had asked for a large. I realized my mistake when I got to the window and quickly asked if I could correct it. The red head with the black glasses was pretty upset that she had to remake the same cold brew I had ordered, In a medium size. The skinny girl working the window didn’t get the coupon When she scanned my rewards, And the price still showed five dollars for a three dollar medium cold brew. When I explained to her that it didn’t look like it went through, She scanned it again and it finally took it. I said I was so sorry for the inconvenience but she said nothing. She then turned to the girl that was making the coffee and told her to give away the large Cold brew. that I had requested since the redemption was only good For a medium size. The red head seemed even more agitated at that point. Customer service is not what it used to be and I feel like the younger generation needs to be trained better. If you don’t like your job,
