Not the best vibe from the counter. They allowed a guy to walk in and order between mine and my friends even though we had been waiting to order. No thank you or comment at all. Clean place. The coffee was good. Nice seating areas inside and out. Would stop again and see if I got a different person. Overall good experience, the customer service was just odd and not inviting.

This was the third and will be the final time visiting. I’ve not had an order correct yet. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches on plain bagels. I received turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on croissants. On top of that, the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese portions were cut in half, so only one per sandwich. Chicagoland Dunkins use a whole portion of each. I think they are scamming their customers out of full portions. I also felt ill within 30 minutes of consuming. I feel bad for Henderson Dunkin patrons. This is not what brand should be.

I just tried Dunkin’s for the first time here in Henderson Ky. Service was fast and fabulous. I went through the drive-thru. My iced salted caramel decaf was the best, and the chocolate salted caramel donut was to die for. I gave most of it to my mother. I’m going for another one. If you haven’t been there, go try them.

We’ve gotten coffee and donuts so many times since opening, had one mistake which was immediately corrected with no complaints. Have done both drive through and carry out from inside. Been pretty quick both ways even considering the size of our normal order being so large

First time going to the new Henderson, KY. location. I ordered 3 large hot vanilla chai lattes. I got home, about 5 minutes away, and they were cold and only half full. I understand there is foam on the top, but half of the drink is foam. Very disappointing. We have had this issue at another location the last few times we went. We stopped going to that location. I will not return to this location now.

Donuts were fresh service was horrible. Me and my kids walked in no staff acknowledged us. I waited at the counter for 8 mins before a staff member simply asked to take my order. Another person walks in the staff acknowledged them serviced them and gotten their order out to them before we had even gotten our order that we waited in the lobby for an additional 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous

No one said a word to me, 3 workers look like lost best friends, sad, depressing atmosphere! I tried to get some talk out of someone but nothing! The Adult male seemed like a warden not a smile or hi, probably manager/owner didn’t even say a word! No music over head playing, dead silence it was awful really! The donuts horribly dry & blah! 17.00 down the drain for terrible donuts! Coffee was basic, I won’t go back ever!
