They’ve got to improve there order pick up area. It’s a cluster. There’s got to be a better way. Orders pile up and aren’t in any type of order. Customers always picking up the wrong item. You have to go tothe counter several times to get your complete order. If you do mobile, the drinks or hot food will be ready, but the donuts will be no where and you have to get in line with your drinks to ask for your donuts. They just need to tweak things a bit. They really need one person in charge of getting the orders together and in place. The donut/counter person can’t be incharge of counter customers and pick up orders. Continuous Improvement. The system needs work and continuous improvement.

this review is only about today what i experienced, i walked in to order and the lady asked me what i would like, i had to repeat myself 5 times because she was not listening, she would not take my order and the other girl working at the drive thru was being so loud and would not stop talking to the lady and she kept ignoring me. she got my coffee wrong and my bagel. she did not give me the right coffee, and i asked for strawberry cream cheese on my bagel and she put plain cream cheese on my bagel and took forever to make it. now if she messed it up and forgot what cream cheese or coffee i said it wouldn’t have been a big deal, it’s the fact that she would not listen to me and she was being so rude. thats what made me mad.

I pull up to the window and this older lady takes my card for payment. She hands me back my card but no receipt. Another girl opens the window and asks if I’ve paid. I tell her yes but she didn’t the lady before didn’t hand me a receipt. She looks at the receipt in the machine and says “ok gotcha” then throws it away without asking me if I wanted it. Hands me just my coffee then walks away. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant. No point in arguing if they aren’t gonna give me my receipt anyways so I’ll just go hungry with my coffee this morning..”America runs on dunkin”

I have been going here for going on 3 years now. I get the same thing everytime I go and I go almost everyday. My drink is made exactly how I ask everytime and never falls short. The staff is amazing and know me when I pull up in drive thru. This place is a must go to and I don’t recommend any other place besides Dunkin

I love going to Dunkin, especially using the app and getting the deals. The only issue I have is that when I order breakfast sandwiches the bread is either severely toasted to almost burnt and the egg on the inside and sometimes the sausage can be still frozen cold like I wish they would heat up the ingredients individually instead of as a whole causing the uneven cooking. And also i wish the donuts tasted fresher. Every time I get my donuts they seem dry like the day before donuts if that makes sense.

Coffee and donuts are amazing but shouldn’t run out during the day. Fresh should always be an option. Some of the folks working there have less than smiling faces and jolly personalities. Friendliness to me is everything with customer service especially with children and elders this place lacks that alot. Move that to the top of your hiring list as well as fresh full day supply of donuts and drinks. That would make this place a five star stop.
