Always great speedy service. Always nice and professional. However, can we not put the donuts in donut boxes? Especially in the morning when the store opens and all of the chocolate is fresh. Had to use my finger as a knife to get the chocolate of of the bag to get it back on my donut. Needed to take a shower afterwards, I was convered in chocolate.

Just a forewarning people if you have a service animal for your child and you want to go out to eat DONT go here. When my daughter and I walked in to get breakfast yesterday we were treated very rudely because she had her service animal with her and were told that the animal cannot be in there and that she had to leave with her so if you are somebody that has disabilities or has a family member that does don’t go here.

This is a great location! It’s easy to get too and away from the crowded North end of town. The coffee is fantastic! I also got a half dozen box of donuts. The inside is nice and open and was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!

First of all this should have been a 5 star rating but when my wife asked for a drink that she had had at another Dunkin the young lady taking the order told her they didn’t have those and recommended another drink. Wife hates the taste of coffee and asked if it tasted like coffee and the girl said no. Guess what, it tasted like coffee. After paying for the drink she wouldn’t drink. I looked up the original drink wife wanted on their website and found it. She took the phone up to the counter an low and behold they have those. After getting what she wanted wife was happy so I was happy. Everything else was great. Just disappointed to spend twice the money on what she wanted.

Parking lot really makes it hard to visit this DD location. On weekends, it’s always packed, so the line goes out into the road and will affect traffic because people will line up in the street. It makes it so you can’t pull in to park in the parking spaces. Ordering through the app on weekends is not recommended if you want to get your drink quickly.

Came in with my daughter and best friend having never been to Dunkin’ before. I wish I could remember the lady’s name, but she was so fun and very helpful without being pushy or condescending. This will definitely be my go to pace when I’m visiting..
