I go here almost every week. Today I wanted something sweet and got this lemon loaf that was open and the packaging is melted quite a bit. It’s greasy and smells like bacon. I never do these kind of things and I’m upset.

I have driven through the carry-out window about twice a week for a year-and-a-half. (Donut-loving husband can no longer drive.) Sometimes the service is amazing – in and out in under three minutes. Other times there is a line, but it moves about as quickly as possible. Occasionally there is a language issue, as many of the workers speak English as a second language. (Some people might see this as annoying. I do not.) A couple times I have been given a similar product, but not what I ordered. So I made a phone call once and went inside once – and they were as nice as can be to resolve the situation. Most of these people are hard workers, probably making minimum wage. I give them a little grace, a smile, leave a tip. and am glad they are there.

STICKING YOUR FINGER IN THE DONUT TO CHECK THE FILLING IS NOT OK!!! Gave me the wrong donuts, not once but twice and then on the third attempt thought it would be a good idea to check the filling with their fingers by sticking them in the fill hole and then putting them in the box for me to eat. When I told the manager I wanted a refund instead of the fingered donuts, there was a bit of an argument but a refund was issued. Will NEVER come to this location again!!!

Friendly staff. Drinks made in a timely fashion and taste wonderful. Only complaint is the slightly awkward parking lot and drive-thru. I probably wouldn’t go there with a massive truck or with a trailer. Inside is a tad smaller. That being said, I love the place and will continue going back.

It was ok! There is nothing to write home about. Seemed like some flavors were missing and the place needed a good cleaning, but it was the end of the day too. It’s got donuts and ice cream in one location, so it can’t be all bad. Although the last time I tried to get donuts, they put the chocolate frosted ones face down in the bag, so not great then.

I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. Their specialty drink was super watered down and just not good. The food was tiny for the price. If you want anything other than donuts and basic coffee, go elsewhere.

I’ve been here many times with the same negative results. Coffee all over the containers, have to ask for cup holders when I order 3 or 4 cups, iced coffee never stirred and has coffee all over it. Given wrong straws for iced coffee’s. Negative attitudes and no greetings , on thier phone’s.
