The dish I got from here was the limited-time breakfast taco with bacon. For the most part, I was impressed. The egg was seasoned and cooked well. The bacon had a nice smokey taste as well. The taco also contained corn, which was sweet in contrast to the bacon. The part I was not quite impressed with was the lime crema, this was drizzled on the top of the taco and tasted cheap. Overall, this was a fair breakfast taco coming from a coffee place and I would recommend getting it while it’s still out. Also, I would recommend going to this location in general.

Ordered an iced latte from the menu (one of the ones with the whipped cream and toppings). When I got to the window, it didn’t have the whipped cream and toppings. The employee proceeded to argue with me that that’s not what I ordered. Well – if the person who took my order rang it in wrong, that’s not my fault. He continued to tell me I have to use the word “signature” when I order. Even if I ordered the drink by it’s name on the menu. Ridiculous.

I go to this Dunkin all the time and usually have a great experience, but today really bummed me out when my boyfriend and I pulled up for less than a minute and in our first 30 seconds asked to go ahead with our order 3 times after we asked if we could have a second to look.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve had the displeasure of going to. Orders constantly wrong or coffees half filled. Drive thru waits are on average longer than 10 minutes with no foot traffic walking in the door. They constantly don’t scan my Dunkin Donuts rewards QR code.

I ordered 4 donuts in drive-thru. After i paid, i get handed this full box and no explaination? Im confused and the two working just walk away. I open to find 8 random donuts of types I don’t like. Could you be courteous enough to ask what I want? I litterally felt like i had gotten any respect and the unordered donuts went to waste. Why not at least triple my order or ask if I wanted anything else? You wasted food and frustrated a customer. This is a missed opportunity to let me feel like I was appreciated.

Found a live fly in our iced coffee this morning. This is the second time this has happened to an iced coffee of ours. This is disgusting and I am highly disappointed. I have contacted customer service. Do better dunkin !!!!!

When you order food here, they give you the wrong order, this has happened to us a bunch of times, worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever. They don’t understand English, when you order something they give you something completely opposite of what you ordered. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.
