ordered from the drive thru. asked for a black ice coffee with some syrup flavoring, no dairy as I can’t have dairy for certain reasons. When I received my coffee it appeared to to have creamer in it. When I asked the drive thur attendee if their was dairy in the coffee, it was stated to me that their was no dairy in according to the label. I also order a bagel and man that thing was stale as hell. I could have hammered nail with that thing. I understand its fast food, but come on. when you pay for something you would hope it would be correct. Any who, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Came in the morning for a quick grab to eat, food was not only made incorrectly but my drink had no syrup nor espresso in it. Understanding they were busy and maybe had a bad I waited to see if they could remake it, in which they did however with an attitude and once again my food items were made incorrectly and just thrown in the bag my drinks did however have espresso and syrup would not recommend to anyone in the area upon looking at the reviews I see this is a repeated habit within the restaurant. Save your money please.

The lady at the counter looked like she just rolled out of bed…but I get it we all have those days..but then she kinda acted like I was a problem being there…like if people aren’t here you’re not going to continue to get ur paycheck so maybe work on the customer service. Ik its the west side of Columbus but come on. Don’t like ur job that much find a new one.
