We discovered and love DD frozen coffee. We could walk to the DD location at 5736 N Hamilton, but they just can’t get it right and we’ve tried repeatedly. We drive to your location instead because the consistency is perfect from the first sip to the last. You even indulge me with my favorite, mocha frozen with a shot of coconut.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The other location in Gahanna is great. This location sucks! Old food & horrible staff. They need new management and new staff members. They don’t care about the customers over here so I’d recommend everyone to go to the other location.

Absolutely bad customer service. I should listen to the reviews. The old man overcharge me because i use two half dozen box. I keep telling him I ordered two dozen donuts. All I need just a small box to go than I can share with my family. He knows what I mean, He don’t care about it still charge me extra $3 dollars. That $3 is really nothing but the point is he play you like a stupid. Make me feel so mad. I’ve definitely not come back anymore. Horrible experience.

Neighborhood awesome surroundings awesome as far as the business itself I wouldn’t know because it was closed wife and I went up to the door looked at the store hours and it was at least an hour hour and a half before they was supposed to close but they was clearly closed we even went through the drive-thru to see if maybe the dining room was closed because of short staffing or something but negative Ghost Rider so yeah.
