Clean and nice. Most importantly equipped with staff so no chance of wait or delay. We were there on a Sunday morning and our order was quick and best. I liked Dunkin’s avocado toast. I tried the raspberry coconut drink which was very refreshing. The location of this Dunkin is right on the main street also have ample of parking space.

This is my favorite DD location. Here I discovered frozen coffee and the bar was set high! Perfect frozen consistency from first to last sip. I was excited when you opened a location in walking distance (5736 N Hamilton). However, they cannot get a frozen coffee right and I gave up. This location is closest to my office, so I’ve gotten many frozen coffees and quite a few boxes of donuts to take in to the office. Donuts are fresh and delicious and frozen coffee is the same every time. Staff is always pleasant and service is fast. Honestly, there have been mornings I’ve passed 2 DD locations because I know even when I’m running late, this location will get my order fast and perfect.

Experience wasn’t so great today. I ordered an Irish creme frozen drink, which was today’s special on my app. The picture that I showed what I wanted had whipped cream on top. When I received the drink it didn’t have whip so I asked for it just like the picture in the app and was told it is $1.00 extra for whipped cream. 50¢ extra for the whip on my son’s small hot chocolate. They usually are awesome, maybe I will just stick to going in the mornings verses the afternoon.

Make sure you don’t come here everyday on your way to work , spend hundreds of dollars , then be told you can’t come anymore because when you show up is too busy for them . Can’t believe you can be banned from somewhere because you go when you can.
