Where the hell is Joanie the staff is telling me she’s on vacation it’s been about 3 weeks hopefully she’s getting paid for it you can always tell when she’s not there the orders are always messed up you go to a manager they don’t know what the hell they’re doing I blame corporate for this their judgment sucks when they hire GM’s an assistant GM’s for Dunkin if Joanie was to ever leave most of us customers would leave with her when she’s not there all of my orders are wrong how could you mess up a sausage egg and cheese croissant that’s the easiest thing to make either do better or you will be shut down

For the last few weeks my orders really been messed up you can tell they’re taking shortcuts when I spend my money I expect my orders to be right I’m really thinking about to stop coming to Dunkin and go to Bob Evans to get my breakfast I have a question where is the African American lady with the glasses she’s so friendly to customers when she’s there I never have any problems with my orders and if you don’t have a product she always recommend other items that’s on the menu

Absolutely the worst service, when you have 6 cars in the drive thru and have no one working the window. When you actually manage to get your order its either wrong or your food and drinks have been sitting out for 15-20mins.

No other customers, which should have been a tip off. They also didn’t have the advertised item that we came in for. The donuts were surprisingly terrible in taste and texture and the milk was expired. Had never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts before but will not be returning. They do have a drive through, but it’s very difficult to get to with the busy intersection.

I think me and my coworkers are going to stop coming to Dunkin because our orders are always messed up and the staff especially Ashley are very rude I miss Joanie when my company came to Dunkin our orders were always right she was so friendly the crazy part she doesn’t work there anymore but management is telling customers and staff that she’s on vacation is it because they know you’re about Lose customer’s Dunkin really need to hire more people like Joanie because she really knows her job I hate to see a good worker go but it was for the best I was tired of seeing managers disrespect the staff while I was in the lobby I’m surprised you still have employees

Staff us usually friendly especially Joanie who is amazing ⭐️but either they are out of at least one of the items on my order or I find something is missing when I get home. Today my order was correct but the donuts were hard. You would think that a place with donuts in their name would at least have somewhat decent donuts. Not going back to wait forever to be served and not get what I want.
