Went through the drive through this morning. Ordered two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches. Took 25 minutes to get our food and when we got our food it was burnt. The coffee we got was the wrong size we asked them to change it, they changed the cup size but didn’t make the coffee correctly. I will not be returning to this location I will take my business elsewhere.

I waited in line for 20 minutes on an online order for asap pickup. One coffee. The ordering line was at a standstill for the amount of time I was waiting on my order as well. There were only three cars, not very busy at all. No one helped me at the window for ten minutes of me being there also. I can’t run on Dunkin’ if Dunkin is going to make me late to work.

Went through the drive through around 7 am, they had absolutely no donuts. Ok I can deal with that, ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel, they gave me a sandwich on a raisin bagel. I can’t deal with that. That’s gross. I tried calling but no one picked up.

We walked in and no one greated us. We were ignored for the first 8 mins. They did not wear gloves or even use a paper to pick up the donuts and gave us 2 burnt croissants, when we were waited on, The woman who took care of us, was extremely rude and didn’t care. We were going to dine in but I think I will just avoid this place over all until they get new staff

The service was very slow. The attitude of the girl behind the counter was like she could have cared less. There were no doughnuts in the cases to chose from. Very, very little selection. I know that they get busy and slammed in the mornings. This was around 11:00. Aren’t they suppose to keep up with the doughnut supply? I left and went to Tim Horton’s. Got great service with a smile and a great selection of doughnuts! I probably won’t ever be back to Dunkin again.

Dunkin Clyde OH Is the slowest. I retired waiting in line at the drive thru. And they still got my order wrong. Asked for blueberry MUFFIN. GOT donuts.
