Loved it. My donuts were great! I also got a cup of coffee to help wash them down. It was very strong but it was good as well. I just had regular coffee with extra cream. Nothing fancy. Overall, it was a good visit.

I asked for my snacking bacon to be cooked extra so it would be crispy, well IF it was cooked extra at all, it definitely wasn’t much bc it wasn’t crispy. I also didn’t have a good experience with pursuing employment here. They won’t make accommodations for religious dress. That was my experience.

Rude!!! As we pulled to the window we were greeted with 2 employees talking about us “they should know what they are getting and how to order their drinks it’s not that hard” and then THEY messed up our order, we were nice about it and let them know. They switched out the small for the correct size that was written on the receipt stuck to the drink (a large) then we get it and leave and there was hair in the drink! We called to speak with the manager on duty and was instantly greeted unprofessionally and very rudely. When I tried to speak she spoke louder over top of me, was very argumentative. I told her I was calling corporate and her response was “go ahead I have 25 years of custom service experience how about you? Our store does great, record sales and we have all kind of awards. Call them nothing will come of it.” The general manager Maggie was absolutely rude, I was blown away! I did call corporate but I think Maggie is right nothing will come of it because I had to ask THEM if they were going to ask for the location and general managers name even!

I’ve only visited twice and tried a couple of items, but what I’ve tried has been good. The service is what steals the show though. The young folks working are friendly, helpful, and obviously work hard to keep the place clean. This definitely points to the high character of Rick, the manager. My interactions with Rick have been pleasant and I appreciate him allowing us to have a couple of different committee meetings there. Good folks there, stop on by !

Well I had applied to this place and was told that they wouldn’t hire me because my application was all messed up . When I went in for my interview I told them up front that I had Dyslexia and they denied my application knowing very well that I have a disability. So if any of you that have kids with learning disabilities I’m sure you can understand that this is not right. Just cause I have a learning disability doesn’t mean that I can’t work. I have made it through high-school with Dyslexia and I’m not about to be bullied by this company . I’m dyslexic and that means I may put some information in the wrong spot but that does not make me a bad worker.

I would give 5 stars but I went to Dunkin donuts to get donuts, and they don’t have the different types and flavors of donuts on the menu. There’s barely any mention that they have donuts. What kind of donut place doesn’t have donuts on their menu. Just ridiculous. Seriously

Employees are nice, but seriously you buy a drink and it’s legit half full and the other part was half a can of whipped cream. Nice try but no thanks. When someone buys an item they expect what they pay for, not someone passing off a legit half full drink and then thinking it’s funny after the fact. No wonder no one stays employed here. Training is key.

Today I ordered a very large order. I asked for light ice on a match it was my only request. When I got my beverages and food for my family of 7. I was told by the manager Maggie, when I asked for a little milk to be added don’t worry about the ice. She told me I can dump out the Ice and you can drink the remainder in the cup. Very rudely. She refused to help Ashley who was a new co worker. She was to busy laughing and gossiping in the corner with 4-5 other partners about a lady who should have just what Maggie said “she should have gone to a gas station.” This all occurred in front of my 5 kids and myself. I’m from Michigan and this is such a shame. I would not come back to this store. Ashley was amazing! I’m sorry she has to work under management such as this.
