Extremely disappointed. We pulled up to order. A vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. Donut holes which they were out of. A glazed donut which they were out of. We ordered a classic donut according to the menu and it should’ve been a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles. She said “All of our donuts are classic.” Tried ordering two chocolate frosted with sprinkle donuts and she said she didn’t have anymore. Ordered a caramel latte hot. When we got to the window to pay they tell us a few more minutes as they’re cleaning the espresso machine. And the latte has no flavor. Tastes like black coffee. Would not recommend. They said someone wiped them out of donuts. Meanwhile they don’t close for 5 more hours.

This has to be the slowest dunkin in the valley. I’ve waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order multiple times. And once you’re in line, your stuck because their drive thru leaves you no room to exit. This place needs new management. You won’t run into this issues in wintersville and the calcutta dunkin is even better. They mess up our coffee order almost everytime, and when we ask them to fix it, we receive attitude and we’re told we’re wrong. Well I can clearly tell a difference between a plain iced coffee and a coffee that had mocha added. But seriously the wait times are ridiculous!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever spent less than 10 minutes in line and that’s on an extremely slow day.

We waited about 10 minutes not 1of the 6 employees addressed us or anything. There were 2 people sitting in there and 3 people in the drive-thru. I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of responsibility of these workers. We left and went to the Wintersville Duncan Donuts without any issues.
