Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Drive through was around the building and then some. They only accept mobile orders for walk in so I made a mobile order and waited while all the workers stood around gossiping with no sense of urgency to get customers helped. The place was swarming with flies.

Sometimes they only accept mobile or drive thru orders, you can’t order inside, which is fine but their drive thru isn’t big enough to accommodate a line of cars. And you’re either going to get your food right away or wait 10 minutes. It’s more likely you’re waiting than not. This place is a hot mess on the weekends.

If they ever get your order right play the lotto immedietly! Employees change like the Ohio weather and the parking and backed up car line into the main street makes this the worse Dunkin’ I have ever been to.
