We ordered a box of coffee, a mixed box of donuts to go. I played and got my box right away. But I was asked to pull forward to wait for the coffee. It took well over 7 minutes. But they were very kind so I tried to just chalk it up to being under staffed. I took the coffee to the group at the voting poll only to discover I hadn’t received any coffee creamer nor sugars as it is always provided or at least offered. It wasn’t even offered and I was in such a hurry. Plus when I opened the cap so coffee could be poured, the spout had been shoved crooked into the box which led to coffee gathering in it and I burned myself and drenched the box. I tried to find a number for this establishment, and ended up calling another location not far from here. She gave me the last working number they had only to get a recorded message telling me this number no longer worked. So I head the 10 minutes back to this location, head inside where an employee is leaned over the count from behind the counter yelling in to his phone! As I was trying to speak to the 2 employees near the register, this young man talked so lid that we couldn’t hear each other. I stood there glaring at this guy and was about to say something but a coworker did instead. He merely looked up at me and sauntered behind the wall! No apology, no anything. Not only are they seemingly well staffed,but there was 3 ladies and 3 guys all standing around. So I told them what happened and the young kid that handed out my coffee apologized and offered a free drink of choice . The 1 young lady assembled sugars and creamers in the bag. They gave me plastic knives and they were out of stirrers. I was told their manager had just quit so I hope they find someone to manage this mess. Despite the 2 nice people that took care of me, this was not ok.

Went to this location for the first time this morning…. What a mess. We walk in and a young lady & young man argued about who was going to help us at the counter (great way to feel wanted as a customer). Repeated my order 3x, she repeated it back and still didn’t have it right.

My husband and I will never return to this location. We’ve went several times before or after church (right around the corner) and we’ve had to leave because the line just never moves. Customer service is absolutely horrible, except the young mixed gentleman with the fabulous nails who was trying his hardest. Abbe rd is a bit further by at least we aren’t in line for an hour to get a doughnut!

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes before being able to order. The people in front of us only ordered 2 coffees and that took about 10 minutes to get made. Not sure if they are understaffed or just highly unorganized. Do not waste your time at this location.

Been to this place a few times and it’s always a bad experience. From long lines in the drive through that almost take an hour to get through to missing and wrong orders when going inside. I realize that places are short staffed, but I have seen this place have numerous workers on hand however, they are far more interested in playing around than fulfilling customer orders.

This is by far the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. I spent around 30-40 minutes in the drive through alone and they didn’t even have my order ready by the time I got to the window. On top of that my drink wasn’t even made right so I ended up tossing it all together. If you have a different Dunkin near you go to that one instead

Unfortunately, I’ve had many more negative experiences at this location than positive. There was a day that they were out of donuts. There was a day my hot coffee was warm and they forgot the blueberry flavor. Another day, my “dark toasted” English muffin was yellow and mushy. I blame the management – or lack thereof – at this location not the employees. Do better or perhaps think about changing the name.

30 minutes in the drive thru line this morning. When I got to the window my coffee was ready and sitting on the counter but it took another 8 minutes for someone to come to the window and take my money and give it to me.
